The trail continues along the gentler path S543 through the Val di Calvarana, then there is a long flat stretch through the beautiful Swiss pine forest of Vallecetta until you emerge near the buildings and ski lifts of Bormio 2000.The Swiss pine This is a conifer that generally grows at altitudes of over 1700 metres.
