The ride down the length of the valley runs on a dirt road and gets to the Ristoro Alpe Mine, where you can have a good and deserved rest. On our way back to Livigno we cycle on a quick and tough trail again.Start is from the car park nearby Mottolino lifts in Livigno (1818 m). The ride begins with an ascent of 600 m on the uphill dirt road (sign Way n. 132 and Way n. 126) that takes us to Passo d'Eira (2210 m) and then to Ristoro Mottolino (2383 m), which can also be reached using the same-name cableway. From here on we descend to Camanel di Planon (2359 m) on the Way n. 125 and then take the single trail (sign Way n. 121) leading to the Valle delle Mine and running above the Baitel de la Bles (2260 m) and the Baitel dal Moton (2306 m). At Alpe delle Mine (2143 m) a dirt road to the left (sign Way n. 119) leads us to the Inn (2194 m). Then we do not take the easy dirt road for our descent, but we do cross the river and take the long and superb technical trail (sign Way n. 116) heading down for Livigno along the orographic right.
